3. AI-Generated Content

Nurlo uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses and recommendations. AI systems can and do produce errors, omissions, and inaccuracies. The AI may misidentify interactions, overlook contraindications, or produce misleading information. You must not rely solely on Nurlo output when making decisions about your health.

4. Citations and References

Citations provided alongside analyses are generated by the AI from its training data. These citations may be inaccurate, incomplete, fabricated, or outdated. They are provided as starting points for your own research, not as verified references. Always check cited sources independently before relying on them.

5. Supplement Interactions and Safety

Supplement interactions can be serious and, in some cases, life-threatening, particularly when combined with prescription medications. If you experience any adverse effects after taking supplements, stop use immediately and seek urgent medical attention. Nurlo cannot account for your full medical history, current medications, allergies, or individual physiology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Nurlo, its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse health outcome arising from the use of, or reliance upon, information provided by this service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Your Responsibility

By using Nurlo, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your supplement regimen and health. You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any information provided by this service.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Nurlo collects and processes the following personal data when you create an account: your email address (via Google OAuth), the supplements and goals you enter, analyses generated from your inputs, daily check-ins and efficacy reports, timing routines, and basic analytics events (e.g. feature usage). We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or any health records beyond what you voluntarily enter.

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU/US) and is protected by row-level security so that only you can access your own records. We use your data solely to provide the Nurlo service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be used to improve the service.

Supplement data you enter is sent to Google Gemini for AI-generated narrative analysis. This data is not used by Google to train models. No other third-party AI service receives your data.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Nurlo does not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data at any time. You can download a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account from the Settings page. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Nurlo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
